RETURNS & SHIPPING
RETURNS: No returns on any item after 30 days. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returning an order that is not being sent back for warranty reasons.
No returns on any custom orders. Customer is responsible for shipping on all returns and exchanges.
If an item is to be returned to us for any other reason, approval must be made in advance through email (customerservicefbsdowney@gmail.com), and a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE will be given. That code must accompany your return so we can quickly identify your return and process it quickly. Returns are subject to a 10% return fee. If you return an item or order without a Return Authorization Code, your return can be subject to a 20% restock fee. ALL items returned MUST be BRAND NEW, in the ORIGINAL packaging.

If an item (such as a complete bike, frameset, or anything that reqires assembly) is assembled prior to being returned to us, it WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED back for a refund! ALL items MUST BE IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING in NEW CONDITION!
If you are returning an item that was shipped to you with "free" shipping, you will be charged the cost of that original shipping cost. There's really no such thing as "free" shipping, as UPS and the Post Ofiice does charge us for each and all items that are shipped out from here.
SHIPPING / BILLING ADDRESS or NAME MISMATCH:Please use a credit card in which the billing address is the same as your shipping address. Having a mismatched shipping address may delay your order up to 2 weeks so we can have time to confirm that address. For the fastest service, PLEASE make sure that your "ship to" address, and your "billing" address is the same as what your credit card or bank has on file.

Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items marked as NOS (New-Old Stock) are not returnable. Decals are not returnable. EVOLUTION BRAKE MOUNTS and CUSTOM CUT SPOKES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Anything purchased in our BLEMISH/SCRATCH/DENT section is not returnable. Sealed packages that are ripped open are not returnable.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Anything you return to us will be sent out to another customer as new - therefore, if you tried to install it, you mangled the packaging, or are incapable of safely packaging and shipping an item, please don't ask to return something. Nearly 100% of returns can be avoided by reading the description and MEASURING before you order. Measure first, order once.
Free shipping isn't free. If your return constitutes more than 50% of your order or if returning an item puts the original order under the $39 free shipping threshold, we will subtract the cost of the original shipping from your refund. THEREFORE, PLEASE MEASURE AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING.
NOTE: If we sent you the wrong item, that isn't a return - if this happens, Contact Us immediately and we'll make it right.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as an explanation for why these products are being returned. Once this process is complete, an authorization number, provided by Frank's Bike Shop exclusively, will be issued to the customer.
Once this process is complete, returned items must be addressed to; Frank's Bike Shop.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You the customer, are responsible for shipping items and all cost associated with the items that are to be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SHIPPING POLICY
All products on our website are in stock and ready to ship. We always pack your order in less than 24 hours. If your order will be delayed for any reason, we will e-mail you right away. If you haven't received a shipping notification and it's been more than 24 hours check your spam folder. Either it is there, or we have tried to contact you about an issue with your order.
We ship 6 days a week and have pickups 6 days a week, therefore keep in mind changing an order is not always possible. If you discover you need to make a change, be sure to contact us immediately.
We do not offer any shipping services that provide a guaranteed delivery date. Any delivery dates provided on our website or with tracking information are ESTIMATES.
We do not offer NEXT DAY AIR or any other OVERNIGHT shipping options.
We use USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and UPS in the U.S.
